Exceptional breakfast buffet

We loved how close the hotel is to the Ku'damm, making it easy for my sister and I to explore shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was a real treat, with a wide variety of delicious options, and we enjoyed the spacious room with ample amenities.

My kids wished for more activities for families, like a play area.

I even loved the spot with the fresh juices. However, the shower had inconsistent water pressure, which was a bit frustrating. The bathroom amenities could use an upgrade. quality fell short of expectations for a hotel of this size. Overall, a great hotel, but a few tweaks needed for a perfect stay.

I was blown away by the spacious Superior Room with a Kingsize Bed—roomy enough for a dance party and cozy enough for a Netflix binge! The bathroom? Total spa vibes with Hermes toiletries and a bathtub that made me never want to leave. Plus, the breakfast spread was to die for with freshly made omelets and an array of delicious options, setting the perfect start to each day!

Had an amazing time with friends! We enjoyed shopping at the designer boutiques and visiting the Berlin Zoo. The hotel is super comfortable, and the staff were really helpful. Don't miss the breakfast. it's a solid way to start the day. Plus, the location is perfect for exploring cultural highlights.

Housekeeping could definitely use an upgrade, as I found hairs and dust left in the bathroom, which wasn't pleasant. A couple of smaller items mysteriously vanished during my stay, which can be a nuisance. Additionally, one of the three elevators out of service for most of my long stay was a hassle, especially during busy conference times when everyone was vying for a ride up or down.

Spent a week in a junior suite. It was so damn spacious we never felt cramped. The layout was ideal. Two toilets, you know, for those emergencies, very unexpected and real nice touch!
